Static sounds, only on OBS

I am having static sounds in the background but only when using OBS however when i hear myself through windows and teams it sounds fine. Ive tried noise suppression and stuff but nothing. I tried to get enchancements tab showing in windows by installing the drivers for realtek however it didnt show up, i tried to add it manually and again didnt work. What am i doing wrong?

EDIT: this only happens in streamlabs OBS

We provide no support for Streamlabs OBS here. SLOBS is not OBS Studio, it is a derivative version created by Streamlabs, as OBS Studio is open-source. They've chopped off the front end and slapped a webpage over the hole.
You will need to contact Streamlabs for support with their version.
