Question / Help Static since upgrading to 5.XX

This is recorded with Madness, since its better then in the release.
attached is the log file.

472b worked before.
This static only appears during certain low sounds, Such as during a bridge crossing, getting spells in town,and the game over screen of Zelda 2.



What I have done to fix the issue:

Using AAC instead of MP3 significantly educes the occurrence of the static.

Using 44.1 instead of 44.8 also reduces the occurrences.

I'm confused...why can't you use AAC and 44.1 if those are the things that make it better?

I didn't notice any static in that video (though I skipped around, and it only came out the right ear).

EDIT: Nevermind, I see what you meant right at the beginning there.

okay Now I'm really confused.

FME doesn't have any audio issues, Xsplit and OBS are about the same.

FME just has a little problem of being about as up to date as Alexander the Great and about as Sstable.

freshly refresehed windows, Only windows updates and necessary things downloaded(all of which I had before). weird.
