I've searched all over the forums and google for anyone having a similar issue and haven't found anything.
We have 3 video capture inputs and 1 audio capture input
Elgato HD60 Pro - Camera 1
Elgato HD60S - Camera 2
Cam Link - Presentation PC
Line in from Sound board
Monitoring the audio sounds fine, and recording locally sounds fine. It's just when streaming to YouTube there is a static over all audio. I have not tried other live streaming platforms, but I prefer YouTube because they support 1080p60fps

You can only really hear the static when people are talking, not during music, because the music covers it up.
