Question / Help Static Noise in Recordings With Blue Yeti Microphone

At some point, I can't remember when, I started getting static in my OBS recordings in the background. The static is very annoying, and it is not something making background noise in my recording space. The static is somehow being added to the microphone audio by OBS. I recorded audio on my computer with the same mic, but without OBS, and it sounded fine. Whenever I record with OBS and my microphone, I keep getting the annoying static.I tried OBS and OBS Multiplatform and they both produce the same static. I've checked all the settings, and I can't figure out what is causing the static to be produced. I have not heard the static any other time when using my computer, and I can't even hear it when recording. If you have any suggestions please help me, because so far the only thing I think could remotely fix this is a new sound card, but that's a last case resort.
Here are my encoding settings if that helps:

If you use the sound recorder app in Windows at the same audio recording bitrate, how does it sound? Is your sound card set to 44.1kHz input like your screenshot shows you have OBS set?

I changed all of my output audio to 44,100 Hz (the same as the OBS setting), however I couldn't make the bitrate the same because that wasn't an option. The program doesn't allow me to set the audio at anything higher than 24 bits. When I did this the OBS recording had no audio at all. I checked, and OBS doesn't have any audio setting for 24 bits, just 48 and higher. Would this mean that I should buy a new sound card for my computer?
Thank you for your help.

I actually found out why I was getting no audio at all, OBS was recording audio from a different source on my computer. I fixed that so it records audio, but I still get the static in the recordings. Again, OBS and Realtek have different audio qualities and I can't find one that they both support.

The bit depth in your sound driver is a different thing than the bitrate. Just put it at 16 bits and 44.1kHz. Then do the Windows sound recorder test, and if you can't change the bitrate in Windows sound recorder, just update OBS to be the same as what it uses for the purposes of testing.

So I changed my audio settings to the one recommended, and I tested both OBS and the Windows Voice Recorder, and they both have the static in them. I'm using Windows 10, so the Voice Recorder doesn't give me any kind of info about the audio specs. I also listened to an older recording that I thought was clear of the static, but apparently the static was in the background I just didn't hear it.
Than I realized that I haven't touched my microphone's settings lately, so I changed that to 16 bits and 44.1kHz, but no difference in the OBS recordings.

If Windows Voice Recorder also records that static, then the problem isn't with OBS.

If you play an audio file, maybe a part from an MP3, do you hear the same static during silent moments? In short, you should try to determine if the static is only present in your speakers / headphones on the output, or if its being introduced on the input.

I found the problem. Apparently it wasn't m microphone or OBS or a audio program on my computer, it was static from the PSU getting into my microphone. I fixed the problem by giving my microphone a separate power source from the computer, and now the static is gone. Thank you for your help.
