Hello all,
I am currently streaming Kingdom Hearts HD ReMIX on PS4, using an Elgato HD60 Pro capture card on Twitch.
While playing through Kingdom Hearts 1 my viewers have reported that the dialogue portions of the game the voices tend to sound like there is static and/or audio quality distortion. However, the music sounds perfectly fine, it is just the voices. Here is a clip that shows the issue: https://clips.twitch.tv/LittleBetterCurryCmonBruh
The quality of the voices are really poor, but the music is not affected.

On my end, which is directly through the capture card, everything sounds completely normal. No distortion, nothing. Which has led me to think that it might be something wrong with OBS. Any ideas?
