Question / Help "Starting the output failed"

I am having an error whenever I try to record or stream (see below)
I am using the H264/AVC Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework) encoder, and I am pretty sure I have my AMD drivers fully updated (just updated them today). Here is a picture of the error I am getting and the log:

Looks like your GPU is crashing. Try a complete driver reinstall and check it isn't overheating.

I followed those directions and reinstalled my R7 370 drivers, but it is still giving me the errors.
My GPU is currently at 59 celcius

You can try turning off any overclocking / boosting in that GPU app, or manually lower the clocks and see if it gets stable that way. If lower clocks work OK, then your GPU may be defective (assuming it isn't overclocked).

To the best of my knowledge, I'm not overclocking. OBS has worked fine before, it just recently stopped recording/streaming.

I feel stupid, I just needed to re-install OBS with the most recent version.
I ended up clicking something on my GPU tweak which caused screen flickering, uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers AGAIN then fixed that (with the help of the software that was recommended, thank you for that!).
Hope this can help anyone with similar issues.
