Question / Help Starting the output Failed.

I'm having an issue recording and starting streaming. I never had this issue before, but am getting it now for some reason. Search around for solutions, but haven't found the solution. I have tried updating drivers already. Thank you in advanced.

Your log doesn't show any attempt to stream or record.
