Starting the output failed

Whenever I try to start streaming, I get the error "Starting the output failed: update your NVENC or AMD drivers". I am on the latest Nvidia drivers and still get this error. It takes closing and opening my OBS multiple times, and then it will magically work. In reviewing this log from today when this error occurred, I can see the following:

12:57:55.847: obs_encoder_initialize_internal: encoder 'advanced_video_stream' has no media set
12:57:55.847: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!
12:58:09.155: obs_encoder_initialize_internal: encoder 'advanced_video_stream' has no media set
12:58:09.156: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!
12:58:11.995: obs_encoder_initialize_internal: encoder 'advanced_video_stream' has no media set
12:58:11.995: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!

Does anyone know why this might be occurring or what I could do?

If you're using a plugin which also uses encoder, there is the issue. Make sure the plugin is updated and compatible with OBS 30.2.*
Make sure all the plugins are.
Remove all the plugins which aren't or downgrade OBS to a version where this plugins work as intended.
