Question / Help Starting the output failed with x265

I get this message when trying to record wtih x265 both in software and hardware mode. Things I have already checked:
- Latest nvidia drivers installed
- Klite codec mega installed

My specs:
Ryzen 3600
Asrock master sli x470
980ti g1 gaming
16gb Ram 3600mhz
