I've been trying to setup OBS for a couple of hours now and I keep running into this problem, I just updated my drivers and I know my GTX 1050ti supports Nvenc. Log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/8IwFoUpuTehQ8Ftw

Those are drivers from 4 years ago. Make sure you're updating drivers from Nvidia directly.
Also, update windows, and OBS.
