Question / Help "Starting the output failed. Please check the log files."

Hey guys, my name is Grant and I want to record/stream with OBS Studio.

But the Problem is: This error comes everytime up, when I try to record or stream. (it's the uploaded file)
So I tried everything. Update and downgrade my drivers or installing OBS Studio didn't help.
Then I saw something in the log files...
