"Starting the output failed" error

Hi, for some reason obs decided to show this error message when i try to start replay buffer or normal recording:
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I already updated my drivers, tried launching in safe mode, and restarted my PC. Nothing worked and I have never had this error before
