Question / Help Starting the output failed error

I don't understand why this error keeps popping up everytime I want to start recording. I am outputting my files to an HDD with a lot of maps.

Can someone explain why this is happening and what i have to do to make it stop?

No output session in log. Make sure you upload the Current log from the Help menu after starting an output session that results in the error, and do it without quitting OBS.

I did the current log file this time and I didn't quit OBS, only after posting this comment :)

Do you understand why it won't start recording?

You cannot use NVENC if you run OBS on your Intel GPU.
