Question / Help Starting output failed.

OBS was working until (I believe) I updated to 19.0. Now, when trying to stream or record, I get an error that reads "Starting output failed." I haven't changed any settings since it was functioning properly. Here is a link to the relevant log data surrounding the error. Here are my output settings. So far, I've tried reinstalling OBS, but to no avail. My GPU is the AMD R9 280 and my driver version is 16.6, which I believe is the latest.

This has been resolved, though I have no idea what was causing the issue. I ran the automatic configuration wizard, but all the settings it applied were present before i ran it.
