I have been trying to figure this out for a week now and still cant figure this out. Please help. It would be greatly appreciated so I can stream. https://obsproject.com/logs/cPjQ2BJ9c74fCNg1 here is my log. if anyone can help. I have no plug-ins either.

says "If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." i have tried what most of the tutorials have told me to do and that has not fixed anything

this was the issue.... thank you so much for replying and helping. for anyone else looking into this the answer is as follows!

ANSWER:
Settings > Stream > Service (Twitch) > Disable the "Enable Enhanced Broadcasting"
