Question / Help Starting Output Failed (VR Recording)

I am trying to record gaming sessions using the HTC Vive VR system for Steam Games (Windows 10). I have my sources set to capture the Steam VR Display window (Right Eye setup), a webcam to record the users (Audio and Video) and the audio output from my speakers. There is a note in the error window stating I may need to update my Nvidia 1070x game card. I have done this and the warning comes back. I have reinstalled the driver just in case something might have gone awry. What else can I do to record my VR sessions?

If you're trying to use NVENC and running a VR app at the same time, you're probably using more than the allowed number of NVENC sessions. Use x264 encoding.

It worked fine 2 weeks ago, and even switching to x264 would fail
