Bug Report starting out put failed

i just got this error when starting to record it says make sure that your nvidia drivers are up to date which they are i looked in the log and found this "01:07:46.575: [AMF Encoder] Unable to load 'amfrt64.dll', error code 126." if you need more of the log then i can put it in
 
Yes please post the entire log.
Click the start recording button and then after you got the error make use of upload current log.
(Help>Log Files>Upload Current Log File>after a few seconds a window should open>click copy URL and paste it here)
