I need some help if anyone has had this issue. I opened OBS and hit start streaming right away while its was not fully booted up and instantly started dropping 65% of frames it wasn't showing I was live on Twitch and now every time I try to go live it does the exact same thing 65% frame drop and doesn't go live on my channel. I tried login out and back in did nothing, changing stream keys nothing , I tried deleting OBS and re installing and it didnt work. I even tried to download Streamlabs and go through them and and this issue is causing me not to be able to go live on my Twitch on any service. has anyone had this issue and if so is there a fix for it ???

The problem you were having isn't because OBS wasn't "all the way up" but instead was because of an underlying connection issue to twitch.
Dropped frames, as reported by obs' status bar, is a connection issue.

Wait up to 30 minutes, then try again with OBS.

It happened yesterday and I waited until today and still not working. The weird part is thursday I streamed fine no issues. I go to stream yesterday(friday) and all this occured. I just tried going live now and im not dropping frames but still did not show up on my channel that I was live, and it take a good 30 secs to actually stop streaming as well after hitting stop streaming

I tried all of it nothing has worked. I am just lost whatever error that happened has caused my internet on my PC to have .1 mbps upload speed when ever I test my internet connection as well and some times my internet speed test says can not connect to server when it goes to test the upload speed after reading I get 56 mbps download speed.

The download speed is basically not relevant to streaming. You're going to need to contact your internet provider to troubleshoot the upload speed issue.

Well it took me 2 days of trouble shooting and i fixed it..... my dell firmware updated when i wasnt home and my killer ethernet card turned on something called internet prioitization that was never on before causes a upload speed bottle neck causing nothing to be able to upload due to .2 upload speed. Thank you for the assistance !!
