Bug Report Started crashing today

That particular crash is caused by the browser source. Could be one of the webpages causing some kind of error.

You could try creating a temporary new Scene Collection and see if it still happens.
 
Check your BIOS is up to date, that Ryzen CPU is known to have buggy microcode that an update should fix.
