Question / Help Start stream, game runs fine but desktop apps are laggy

Everytime i start a stream it will stream on my twitch and my game runs fine. but if i got to my 2nd monitor with my goggle chrome and spotify everything is very laggy and delayed and it freezes sometimes. help please and thank you.

Why are you using display capture for games? Try removing display capture and use game capture instead.

so i tried again and now when i start obs it is fine, but once my game is fully loaded (H1Z1) everything but the game is super laggy
