Start OBS with Windows?

I can make a shortcut and move it to the startup directory.
Problem is, if I make it run as administrator, it wouldn't load on windows startup, if I don't, then hotkeys to start/stop recording won't work.
I know how to enable delayed start on a service, but not on a program.
What do I do? :)

Leave out the mentioned --startreplaybuffer parameter if you don't want to start the replay buffer at startup.
