Question / Help Star Wars Battlefront Beta issues

Hey there. I've recently bought a new PC and tried streaming the beta for battlefront. Ingame, I get 60+ FPS with a rare dip in the 50 FPS territory, but the stream quality, as far as I can tell is quite horrid. I've yet to ask someone else to check the quality for themselves, but something tells me it's not quite watchable. I've tried applying the reccomended settings on twitch, then hopped over to the obs forums and tried tweaking things, but nothing seems to work. The latest log can, hopefully, be found here.

My specs are as follow : Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz, Haswell, 6MB, Socket 1150
Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3, Socket 1150 Mobo
Gigabyte NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 G1 Gaming, 4096 MB, GDDR5, 128bit
8 Gigs of RAM Memory
750 W power source.

Recording (via, Shadowplay, at least, seems to work quite fine).

I'd appreciate any feedback and/or advice.

Did u even use your igpu? The Intel hd graphics card on your cpu? Because this is enable, but it seems u use x264.

U downscale to 640x400. Is that what you want? Maybe this is the problem that will let your stream look like crap.

If u don't use your igpu, disable it in bios. Called quick sync or integrated graphics card.

Set your baseresolution to the resolution u use on the gtx card. Should be 1920x1080, right? Then downscale to 1280x720.
