Question / Help Stable upload for 1-3 hours, then goes unstable till stream end

Hello, I am a new streamer, just started to stream around last Thursday after getting everything set up. My issue I am having is when I start to stream, no matter what twitch server I'm connected too, ill have a stable connection for around 1-3 hours. Randomly in between those times each time I stream my upload speed will randomly just drop to -500kb/s and then eventually just disconnect the stream. I've tried changing the bitrate around, replaced my old cat5e Ethernet to a cat7, still nothing. I have no clue why it would be stable for a few hours then randomly drop to nothing.

Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong so I can move on and stream please!!!!!! I'm desperate!
