Question / Help SSD Problem

I just moved in a new house and i sayed that i could reboot my pc/win 10 64, I mean reset . And when i finally completed the reset i saw just my ssd C local disk of 120 GB but I DONT FIND MY 1 TB SSD (D local Disk) where i wanted to save my recordings !!!!!!!! Please HELP ME !!!!!!!!!! My 1 tb hardisk is a Hard disk WD Blue 1TB SATA-III 7200 RPM 64MB. And sometimes when i close my pc It's coming a strange error from the harddisk or smth like that ! PLEASE HELP ME STAFF .
