Hello!
I'm using OBS in a professional broadcast application, and it's been an absolute mainstay for a long time. We've recently started using SRT a lot more as part of our signal flows because of the low latency, high quality, and resilience to packet loss. However, I've recently started having an issue where for some unknown reason, an SRT stream coming from OBS will disconnect, but OBS still seems to think it's connected. The square indicator at the bottom right of the interface stays solid green, but the bitrate drops to 0kbps, and the receiving end registers the disconnect.
I've had this issue streaming both to another OBS instance over the open internet, and to Wowza Streaming Engine. Digging in a little more, I've found that the streams will stay connected for a while, but when they disconnect, I can see the network usage in task manager grow larger and larger until eventually it drops off to zero. My best guess is that the encoder is getting stuck in some kind of loop where more and more data is getting re-requested until the ISP steps in because we're using more bandwidth than they can provide.
Maybe there's some kind of SRT parameter that I need to adjust? I've done quite a bit of digging and am a bit stumped. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I've attached a log file, but it doesn't seem to be of much help. It shows me shutting down the program at the end, but no trace of the streaming issues before that.
