But in all seriousness, when you have a speaker, whatever is powering it most likely has an output that you can run an Dual RCA to 3.5mm or Dual TS to 3.5mm to your Line in jack (Not your microphone jack, please don't do this)
 
@DEDRICK Nice try. You probably miss the fact that Spreaker (with r) is a podcast distributing website. :)

And whatever can be output through some audio device in Windows, can be captured by OBS. So the answer to the OP is "yes".
 
Aside from the fact that you should never use a microphone to mike up a speaker - unless you are desperate :) I actually worked out that its the refresh issue in obs causing the issue... Thanks tho.
