Trying to stream a simple offline game. Recently upgraded my PC (i7 3770k OC to 4.5, GTX 660, 8GB RAM, you get the idea) and for some reason OBS keeps crashing on me.
I'll paste one of the crash logs, have a few I'll put as a rar attachment
MediaFire link for multiple dmp files

I'll be upgrading the HDD and installing windows 8 after this. Maybe that will do something?

Still crashes after installing Win8. I also tried doing an offline recording and with a less graphically intensive game, still no dice.

I actually do not know what's going on. It should not technically crash without a crash log like that.

Just a quick thought, as you mentioned you are overclocking. Have you done a stress test with Prime95 over a long period of time to ensure the system was completely stable under load? If not, then it certainly is possible that the overclocking is to blame.

Yeah, I've only experienced a libx264 crash when I've added a video capture device to my scene (been able to reproduce this twice, and it happens randomly after a while, can range from 20 minutes up to 60 minutes, can be longer if I'm lucky?). I have overclocked my i7 2600K to 4.5 GHz (had this stable for good two years now with very good temps as I run a water cooler). The crash doesn't seem to occur if I add a software capture, game capture or any other sources as I can stream that fine for hours. I'll do more tests of this later just to see for how long I can actually get the stream running without any silly crashes.
