Question / Help Split Stereo Multitracks Video

Good day, everybody!
This is my ever first post here, so I apologize in advance if I don't make my point clear enough.
I'm trying to find a way to record both my webcam and my gameplay footage with both my mic and my desktop audio in one single file, making it be one large video with 2 stereo audio tracks. I finally found the perfect setup and I'm very happy to see if my video editor, being Vegas Pro 15, takes it no problem.
Now, the video footage is a little clearer than I anticipated, but that can be fixed no problem... what concerns me is the amount of audio tracks this file came with.
For this test, I enabled 3 audio tracks: one for the PC audio, one for my Blue Yeti and the other one for my headset's "chat" channel, for recording voice-chat separately, as displayed in this picture:

And here we have the recording settings:

(If there is any tweaking you guys think I could do for a better outcome, please, let me know. I have the H625 option available too)

With that being set, I proceed to record a short footage and dump it into Vegas Pro... and this happens:

If it's not clear enough, Vegas Pro detects not 3, but 6 audio tracks, splitting the tracks into two mono channels, representing the left and right channel. I know I can easily just change the pan on each, but I personally would prefer to have 3 stereo tracks instead.
Also, each pair of tracks sound the same, which I think I know what I did wrong there, you can point that out if you want, but what I don't get is why Vegas Pro does this. Why 6 pairs-of-split-stereo audio tracks? Did I do something wrong, is there any way to fix this?

If you need more information, please! Let me know, I'll try to answer as soon as I can.

Thanks in advance!

Go to your Advanced Audio Properties to indicate which source goes to each track. I'm guessing your checkbox's are all filled in for tracks 1 - 3.

Oh yeah! That's what I meant to say with the "you can point that out if you want", I realized I forgot to check that before testing out. Thank God it was just a test and not a full project, hehe. Either way, thank you for the tip!

Now that one out of the way... how do I fix this stereo splitting issue?

Thanks again!

I've never had a problem with audio splitting. I edit with Shotcut and I'm able to pull out each track and edit each track. For me each track is a stereo track. With Shotcut or OBS you can pan each track to the right or the left.

This is from Shotcut.

Well, I got ShotCut and, indeed, it displays I have all 3 channels available, yet that information won't do my any good if I can't find a way to make it work on Vegas Pro. Either way, thank you for the info!

The guide is... HUGE, I didn't deeply read it all, but I can't find anything that helps me, I apologize.

Now, the funny thing is, I've seen a YouTuber there, using Vegas Pro 12, he could just import the video with 3 audio tracks, all in stereo, without any issues at all. Is the newer version programmed this way?

EDIT: So I downloaded a trial version of Premiere Pro and... it detects all 3 channels, all in stereo and without any issues at all, meaning that the problem is within Vegas Pro. I'll be doing a deep investigation into the matter and see what I can find.
