Hey i have a youtube Chanel with 2 owners, we want to live stream using obs to youtube. I was wondering if we can live stream at the same time onto the 1 video and have it split screen, so people could see the 2 perspectives side by side

If you're both in the same location, and use a capture card to grab the video from the other machine, yes. Otherwise, not really. There are workarounds, but they're highly technical to get working. You can't just both stream from your own machines and have Youtube mash them together, no.

The easiest way is to set up your own RTMP server and have one person stream to it, while the other pulls that stream in as a source and incorporates it into their OBS layout either through a browser source or VLC source, and they then stream to the destination server. You'll always have at least 3-6 seconds of delay between the streams, and normally the 'remote' user will have significantly worse video quality due to the double-encoding.

Google is your friend as far as getting the RTMP server set up and working properly, that goes WAY beyond OBS Support.
Good luck!
