So, from what I've researched already, this question should have a more complicated answer than what I originally thought.
I'm currently setting up an online marathon for the first ever, and I keep getting runaround answers from people, or I will get dead links that won't tell me how to set up what I need.
I already have restream.io set up with one of the four hitboxes I will need for the race, my twitch page, the marathon twitch page, and my youtube page.
From what I understand I need an RTMP server set up. The NGINX server I was redirected to has no instructions on how to use it. Again, I'm trying to set this up so that people viewing my twitch page can see all 4 of the racers at the same time, on a split screen. At this point I'm realizing I probably have been a little in over my head, but it's never stopped me from doing anything before.
From here I need to know what kind of settings I have to adjust in OBS itself to allow the split screen to display correctly.
I have a couple of guys associated with the upcoming event that can help me a bit, I guess I just wanted to find out what to do, so I can both be reliable, and be able to set everything up next year without assistance.
