Question / Help Spiky lags on stream

Hi!
I've recently decided to start streaming CS:GO on Twitch but I'm having some issues despite having both a decent computer and internet connection. The stream seems to lag quite a lot despite running the estimated settings, despite having almost no problems with fps drops in-game.

Here's a recording to twitch
http://www.twitch.tv/hbrbot/b/497796705

The game does feel a little sluggish in movements at times, almost as if it's running on a lower hz. It definitely does not feel like 100+ FPS (dipping down to like 90 at times) like in the video. A solution or suggestion on how to fix that would be great too!

Computer Specs
Motherboard: Asus P9X79
CPU: Intel Core i7 3820 3.6GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H60 V2
RAM: Corsair 16GB CL9 1600Mhz VENGEANCE LP
GFX CARD: MSI GeForce GTX 680 2048MB OC Twin Frozr
SSD: 180GB Intel 330

If it's any interesting I'm running at 120hz Lightboosted (Strobelight).

I attached a log from the recorded video too.
Tell me if there is anything missing that you need to help me and I'll do my best to sort it out!

Thanks in advance,
Patric

The log and the stream look fine. If you're not satisfied with the in-game performance, then you'll need to lower your encoding settings or get a second computer with a capture card to do the encoding for you.

If you want to stay on a single-PC setup, then you can start by streaming at 60fps instead of 30, and see how much that helps.

Yeah, apparently the recorded stream looked fine when I looked at it the next day. I guess my flashplayer was doing something ridiculous at that point.

I'm still having some issues with the feel of things while in-game which is really odd, because both my ping and my FPS are more than fine. I've lowered the FPS in OBS to 30 and I've locked the FPS in CS:GO to my monitor frame rate. I also went ahead and did a decent OC on my CPU and GPU. When I'm playing I barely ever see any visible FPS drops, it keeps pretty much on the locked FPS. Despite this, the game feels jittery in movements and un-smooth. I guess the best way to explain it is that it's some kind of very small microstuttering harming the smoothness of all movements etc. Don't know how else to explain it, it really is quite odd. Seeing as game performance seems fine going by FPS and latency I find it quite peculiar.

New specs of CPU and GPU are:
CPU: Intel Core i7 3820 OC 4.5GHz
GPU MSI GeForce GTX 680 2048MB OC Twin Frozr - OC'd from stock OC to GPU Clock @ 1234Mhz boosted and GPU Memory to 1752MHz.

Now, on to another problem. The stream keeps on buffering quite a lot for my viewers, for some (who are supposed to have a good ISP with good speeds) it's barely watchable with buffer-times upwards one minute. I tried dropping the quality and lowering the bitrates to 2000 first,, then down to 1000 in addition to changing filter from Lanczos to Bilinear (which all points together resulted in a horrible quality) but I had no success in making it more watchable. When I speedtested again today I ended up with results similar to those posted earlier. I'll attach a log from the tests where I ran bitrate/buffersize in 2000 and 1000, as well as a longer log with tests run in 3.5k and 3k.

Again, appreciate the help you offer on these forums. Would be damn nice to be able to run a smooth stream that works for viewers too!
