Question / Help Speakers not an option under audio playback

Hey guys, I've been having this problem for about 2 months now with my Open Broadcast Software where I am unable to get the option to choose "Speakers" for my broadcasting when trying to stream League Of Legends. I would prefer to use OBS because it's easier for me to stream with and I have EVERYTHING already set up, besides this one little problem.

Here are some screen caps of what I am speaking about:

Now, I've asked several people for help. And they usually ask me why my speakers on my normal audio isn't connected, mainly because I have an HDMI cord for my desktop to go to my TV. And I've NEVER had this issue before. I've been streaming for several months and this never seemed to be an issue until recently. Under my sound settings, I have "Speakers - Turtle Beach Headphones" and for some reason, as you can see, it won't be an option for when I open OBS. Help please? I really would love to have my sound for my game as well as my microphone when I stream.

Anything would be appreciated, I just hope to get this fixed because I love OBS and it's always worked for me until about a couple months ago. Thank you!

You ticked the "Use input device for desktop audio" box, so it's only showing you input devices. Untick the box if you wish to see output devices (Settings / Advanced).
