i notices that there no fix on 30 nor 32.0.1

yet let setting where my video setting for this device

as u see deactivated whrn not shown is checcked it didn't totally disable audioi

when it disable it should been disabled audio as well

ok i think it bug on old video capture source breaak it
when i recreate a new video capture it work as shoud
