Question / Help Sources not loading properly when switching scenes

-I have a Scene set up with many Sources including Webcam and YouTube chat.
-For practical reasons, my webcam is physically upside-down. I have it flipped vertically in the advanced webcam settings and it looks fine.
-I am also using CLR browser for YouTube chat and that works fine too. http://puu.sh/mGL27/26a814e4c2.jpg

*HOWEVER, when I switch scenes to and fro, my webcam is displayed upside-down and the CLR browser is not loading chat text (instead it shows a white rectangle with the "Switch to night mode in YouTube Gaming" message at top). http://puu.sh/mGL4g/8fadaec423.jpg

*If I verify webcam advanced settings, the "Flip Image Vertically" checkbox is still checked. I have to uncheck it and check it again in order for the image to be displayed right-side-up. http://puu.sh/mGL6J/1864c259c0.jpg

*I can also go into CLR Browser Configuration and simply click the "OK" button and my YouTube chat will load correctly once again. http://puu.sh/mGL8U/46697892fc.jpg http://puu.sh/mGLa5/c95f1e3f3b.jpg

Does anyone know why these settings are not being applied correctly when I switch back to this Scene? (obs v0.657b - 64bit on Windows10)

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to test this out. I recalled having issues with CLR browser and such not supporting different sizes in each scene, but I may be wrong. Will report back with findings.

Alright, so having webcam on global source is not an issue since I can resize and crop for different scenes. CLR browser requires different sets of global sources for different scenes since its dimensions are defined in the CLR Browser Configuration - resizing it via config changes its size across the board. So, all is good in cabooble-land. Thank you, Harold.
