Source for IP Camera Looks OK, no Preview or Streaming Output

I am brand new to OBS Studio, and have probably made a simple (to others) mistake. I have created a single 'scene', and set up an IP camera 'source' called 'Barlus Test'. Per the screen grab, OBS sees the camera output (yes, it is supposed to be purple), but the preview screen is blank, and the stream to YouTube is just black. Any help or advice would be very welcome. Still hoping for help . . . My webcam output appears in "Properties" when activated, but not in the Preview window. This has to be simple, but I am missing it.
