Question / Help Source engine game support?

Hello, I am able to successfully record doom 3, and other games, but it doesn't want to capture source games. I hit record, start the game, alt-tab to check on the recording and its not capturing video, it gets the audio, but not the video.

It should work fine with Source games. What capture method are you using? Can you post your log? http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

Hey, thanks for your reply, I guess I should of slowed down and tested stuff before I posted a topic. It had to do with OBS not hooking into the source game. Every time you restart a game you have to restart OBS but I wasn't doing that. So I exited out of the game, closed OBS, started OBS, started the game, alt-tab to OBS, click stream, go back to game, then to a quick windows key tab to see and lo and behold it was capturing.
