This is just info sharing:
We recently started streaming and tests went well at home, but as soon as we wanted to go live at church there was a terrible buzz in the sound. We could not eliminate it and it was not coming from the board. We could listen to that channel and it was clean. As soon as we plugged the soundboard into the computer - no matter what audio input, there was a terrible buzz.
We tried a DI, but that didn't help
Root fix: Had to plug the computer into a separate electrical circuit in the building.
