Bug Report Sound Turning Off

Log doesn't show anything useful. Are you monitoring the volume levels when this happens? Do they fall flat as well? Whatother apps do you have running (Skype occasionally likes to mess with your mic volume).
 
OBS mutes the mic. I can then unmute it with my normal hotkey. It functions as if I had just used the mute button in the software. Nothing else is affected.

I don't really have much else running. I just recently switched to Win10 so I haven't installed that many things. Skype isn't open, but I do have it installed. I just don't like extra programs running in the background. So, that would make...

Spotify
Autodesk App Manager (I don't trust that thing)
Avast
Cortana (that doesn't even work)
Java Updater (that can't seem to get itself to work)
A lot of NVIDIA stuff
Some of the Wacom Cintiq software

That's pretty much it. Other random stuff, but if the problem is one of the apps, I think that's it.
