Hi guys, I recently started to do stream, and everyday I do it, a problem started to happen. I am not a tech savy guy so I looked for help in the forum but I found people reporting the same issue since 2013 but no thread had a solution or problem fix, that is why I am asking for help here.
The issue is, mid stream sometimes in 30min in sometimes many hours in, the viewer will tell me that the sound cut out. However my sound meters are working just fine for me, everything seems responsive. The solution? Close OBS and open it. That happened everytime I streamed. This time I was prepared to get a Logfile once it happened.
Again, not a computer Wiz to understand technical stuff, however I tried to capture some extra information. I noticed that the stream network went to 0 and the stream did an automatic reconnect. Curious about it I asked in the chat if they could hear me, the answer was ' now i can`t hear anything'
At that moment I tried to turn stream off manually and on with hopes people would still be there, but the damage was done. Then I closed again for good, that is probably what you will find.
In the log file, if those are hours the issue happened around the mark 22:49:46.395 then I guess you can see the stream loosing connection and trying to reconnect (which it did automatically).
Another factors which I do not know if contribute with info to help find the cause of this:
Twitch VOD (saved on channel 6 as per default of OBS) sound is perfect! There is no cut out, and you can hear me speak asking the chat if they could hear me while they say No.
I did went to the stream page to check and yes, my audio was cut on the stream when chat told me, just to be sure.
Windows 10
Obs Studio 27.0.1 (yesterday I uninstalled and re-installed from zero, no stream elements add-on just raw Obs Studio)
Tried with audio bitrate of 160 and 320, problem happened in both bitrates
extra screenshots of how set-up looks at OBS settings atm
Extra mini clip with the moment everything happened in stream from twitch VOD (sound comes out ok on VOD!) before stream disconnect as per log file, during the disconnect automatic reconnect attempt and after it reconnects with viewers on the live, you can hear me on VOD asking "can you guys hear me" and the chat answered "sound cut out ". Can`t attach video files in here so link to the clip:

I do not know if the other days the connection dropped like this time. I could send older logs since it happened everyday, ask me if you need it to see if the behaviour repeats itself.
pc specs attached - Memory not being fully utilised neither by game or OBS, the video card is also aroun 80% usage, cpu very low around 50-60% usage or less and temperature very low.
The game specs are low so there where very few frame drops from it as you can see in the log.
In conclusion the weirdest thing is that every time this happened, every day the twitch VOD has the sound, but the live transmission sound (all sounds, mic, game sound, its full mute) stops for my viewers while the sound meters on OBSregister as normal so everything looks ok until someone tells me on the chat.
Last info, there is no extra app on it to run the sound, no voicemeter banana or anything, I installed the VB cables to see if it would solve the issue but it did not. And checked also the sound basic options on windows to keep at 48mhz like OBS is so there is no problems + that checkbox that other programs can`t take control of mic/cables, sound.
Too much info but I hope it helps.
Thank you in advance.
