Question / Help Sound static and cutting out.

This only happens when I stream but as I am streaming my sound will make this weird static noise for a second or two or completely cut out all sound for a few seconds. Also say I am streaming then I put pandora on to listen to while streaming my game, after 15-30 seconds of the song it cuts out then skips the song it's weird.

Here is the stream I did last night, I don't think you can hear the loud like screech/static noise I hear on my end every once in awhile but I do believe you can hear the silence happening here and there. How do I post a log?

Yea, I do here the silence that happens, though I have no idea what's up with that. I've really never seen that before, I'd be interested in seeing a log file especially now.
