Sound solution too loud!

Hello when I try to record a series I notice that in the Audio Mixer area (Desktop Audio) the dB volume goes to the red area and the sound bothers !! What can I do ? My setting is 0.0dB !!

I have no idea what you mean.. Settings like that are personal preference so try whatever you are comfortable with..
