Question / Help Sound Settings

Dose anybody know what the best sound settings are for opbs. AAC or MP3 plus the bitrate

AAC is better...i believe MP3 would take up more bitrate or something like that

thanks i am trying to inprove the sound . it dosen't seem to good to me compaired to other programs.

it depends on you upload speed. the default aac 128 is very optimal if you're streaming games and/or music otherwise lower that value if you have a slow uploading speed.

my upload speed is 1.95 i think thats a decent upload speed for doing music. i will try that thanks.
