Question / Help Sound problems

Hello guys,

I'm quite new to OBS and still trying to figure things out, great program for livestreaming! Absolutly love it.

Now I do have a lot of problems regarding sound.
First, my setup, when I use OBS for livestreams, I'm using a headset (HyperX Cloud Stinger) but not using the mic on the headset, cause I know i have issues with a bad ground wire running somewhere, the internal mic from the headset is just way to static atm. (I'm not using the splitter that came with it for using the mic, just plug direcly in with 3.5jack) So instead I use a mic made out of a real CB-Mic, also 3.5jack, it was a project I made a while back for Euro and American Truck Simulator, works like a charm, and somehow way less static! I have no clue why or how tho.

Now to my issues with OBS, the problem is that the desktop audio isn't coming through in my streams or recordings. Although the sound bar in the mixer is moving like it should. I've tried figuring it out, yesterday I fixed it, but today I'm having the same issues again. And no way to fix it. Tried looking for anwsers on several fora, tried using different settings, tried different media players as I heard there could be an issue with sounds in different tracks,...
Now in the recordings I do hear my voice like it should when i talk, but the mic is picking up my desktop audio, you can hear it in the recordings like far away, some sort of echo, as seen aslo in the mixer as the bar from the mic slides noticable with the sounds. That's also the case when my audio does work like it should. I have to set a slight delay so it matches other sounds because you can hear the echo pretty good.

I think I messed around to much with settings both OBS and windows so now I'm stuck and don't know what to do tbh..

Here is the log file.

Hope you guys can help me out!
Kind regards
Kevin
