Bug Report Sound problem while streaming

When I have OBS open and I minimize a game and go back in, my sound in game gets bugged and is in my opposite headphone (so if someone is running to my left I hear it in my right headphone). I have platronics gamecom 780 headset btw. The only way to fix the sound is unplugging my headset, plugging it back in, and the sound is back to normal. But after doing that it closes any music I am listening to and it mutes the sound for my stream so I have to restart the stream, then it just happens again so I give up streaming because I cannot fix it. I'm not sure if its my headset, driver, or obs but I don't think anyone can help with this because It seems I am the only person its happened to, to my knowledge.

Yea, I admit I've never heard of this happening before. However, I do have a potential suggestion, but I don't know if it'll work: try enabling "Use input device for desktop audio", and try using "what you hear" or "stereo mix" instead. Though I don't know if it'll work with USB headphones or not.

It definitely sounds like some sort of driver or hardware issue in this case unfortunately.
