Question / Help Sound Outputting Ahead of visual PC Stream

I am having no problems with my Elgato and OBs when straming from my console. This problem is only when streaming on Pc. Though I need to tweak my console streaming a little bit from time to time. When I am streaming from my Pc the audio is way ahead of the visual. I also notice that OBs reads the audio at the same length ahead of the visual. I have read the forum and searched youtube and have not found a resolution. I have tried to adjust many different things in the elgato software and OBS, the sound is so far off that in OBS with it set to max it still remains the same distance away, as if its reading the sound as soon as it is output from my game and then the visual catches up. I have tried to adjust the visual but it pushes the sync further away. Please help

someone can close this thread for me. Instead of doing a card capture I did a window capture, since I windowed the game so that I can switch from monitor to monitor and chat with viewers. This caused the sound to run side by sound with the visual and therefor removing the small amount of lag.
