I just switched from using the nvidia nvenc to the quicksync encoder because OBS freezes and crashes randomly with the nvidia nvenc, example video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFqBRVCrVuo#t=13m40s
Now I wished over the quicksync in hope that OBS won't crash again, but the video is out of sync with the sound. The sound is like 1 second ahead of the video as seen in this video:
