Sound onto an MP4

I have a audio MP3 file with REPLACEMENT audio currently on an MP4 file.

I know OBS can easily perform this sound replacement task -- but I cannot get it to work.

But I am a newbie -- so I really need some help.

OBS isn't the right tool for this. Despite what you may have heard, OBS isn't able to replace audio tracks for existing video files.
I use Avidemux for replacing audio tracks or ffmpeg.
