Hello
I take video captures with OBS (these are lessons) The screenshots are very variable in length; I stop then I resume at strategic points of the course. (for assembly it's easier)
I sometimes make several captures over a period of 5 hours.
Lately, I had a problem with the sound, it was lagged (late) compared to the video by about fifteen seconds.
Sound is captured via a USB webcam (sound and video)

Have you ever had this problem? What solutions to solve the problem of sound lag?

Should I restart OBS after a capture time? or is it a PC resource problem? (64GB of Ram! - powerful PC)

Disable buffering on the webcam, and disable 'use device timestamps' if it's turned on. Normally this happens as the result of a device performing poorly, where the delay grows over time, and reinitializing the device 'trues up' the audio and video until they start to drift again.
 
thank you. I have desabled the "buffering" of the webcam which was in "Automatic"
For the moment there is no longer a gap between sound and video.
