Sound not working

Good day to you all.
Long story short I missed up and recorded a video in the M4V format windows 11 default players can't open the file at all I tried VLC and mixplayer on my phone they can open the video only without sound I tried converting it to mp4 or anything that might catch the sound again
Someone said it might be tracks but the sound is on track 1.2
Mic sound is on track 1
The audio encoder was Disable
TBH I just want the sound to work

It's not disabled by default. Someone must have set it that way. Maybe you were playing around and forgot? Maybe you loaded some settings and didn't realize it included that? Maybe someone else got to it?

Anyway, it's nice when it's a simple fix. But still annoying to have to re-record.
