Question / Help Sound not syncing.

So let me say I do love the software, and it works great for when I record with an emulator, but when I try to do a higher-resolution game on Steam, the sound does not sync.

Here is the crazy part, it's synced on the video(actual video file) but when I open it up in any video editor(I've tried 3 so far) the audio does not sync.

It's not even something that is an easy fix, like it is 10 secs off or something, the audio starts really late into the video, but finishes really early, it's a 14 min video too.

Someone said it may be my encoding settings, so here they are. I'm also only recording local too.

Hoping someone can help.

Settings->Advanced->Audio, 'Force Desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time'.
May also need to enable 'Use CFR' under the Video section of the same submenu.

I did it and it worked, so thank you. Though I didn't test it the same way. My first video was 14 min, and when I tested iy your way I only did 6 min.

One other question, what exactly does it do, ticking the things on you told me too, and why would they not be ticked from the start if it helps sync voice?

It's kind of an experimental feature, and it normally doesn't need to be used in most cases. In your case, though, it seems to be helpful.
